Once you visit the FormsDeck landing page you can see the login buttons and click one of them.

Then you’ll get to this page. Enter your WhatsApp number and click Login with WhatsApp button. Please ensure you enter a valid WhatsApp number because we’ll send a verification code to the number you entered.

Once you enter the verification code, you can access the FormsDeck dashboard to create forms.
